Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

Ellivvibebe is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the items and packaging, and contact us immediately at inlibamboo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with family members or neighbors before contacting us, as carriers occasionally mark items as delivered shortly before arrival.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
If you notice an error in your address, please email us at inlibamboo@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order so we can update it before fulfillment.
